The short version: this site does not collect your personal information. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no mailing list.
That is unusual enough to be worth explaining properly, so the rest of this page describes exactly what happens when you visit.
Who this is
Artisans & Estates is a division of Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company representing Jackson Family Wines in Florida. This site is marketing and trade-reference material. It is not a shop.
What is stored on your device
Age affirmation
When you confirm you are 21 or older, we save a single value in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked again for 30 days. It records only the date the affirmation expires. It contains no name, no age, no identifier, and it is never sent anywhere — it stays in your browser. If you answer “no,” nothing is saved at all.
Clearing your browser data removes it, and you will simply be asked again.
Trade resources area
If you enter the password for the rep resources area, your browser holds a yes/no flag for the length of that browsing session. It disappears when you close the browser. It records no identity.
The contact form
The contact form does not send anything to us over the internet. When you press send, it opens your own email program with a message already written, addressed to the appropriate representative.
Nothing is transmitted until you send that email yourself, and what you typed never touches this website’s servers. If you close the email without sending it, we never see it.
Once you do send it, it is an ordinary email. It lives in your sent folder and in the recipient’s mailbox, handled under Southern Glazer’s normal business email practices.
Third parties your browser contacts
To display this site, your browser requests files from a few outside services. Those services can see your IP address and general request information, as they would for any site using them:
- Google Fonts — typefaces
- unpkg — the mapping library used by the winery map
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) — a document-preview library
We do not send them any information about you, and we receive nothing back about you. Their own privacy terms govern what they do.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.
Links out
We link to winery sites, publications and industry resources. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site under their privacy policy, not ours.
People under 21
This site is intended only for people of legal drinking age in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, and we do not direct this site to anyone under 21.
Your choices
Because we hold nothing about you, there is nothing for us to correct, export or delete. Clearing your browser storage removes everything this site has placed on your device.
